Effective Tuesday May 19, Phosphene will begin offering private shopping appointments, implementing the mandatory requirements and rules set forth by the state of Virginia for Phase 1 of the state’s reopening plan. We will assist walk in customers one party at a time. Book your appointment online here, or send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to schedule a time.
Customers entering Phosphene should not have known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days. Customers having known exposure (or, having had a fever or similar systems) are not permitted in the establishment.
We will be taking necessary cleaning and safety precautions to ensure Phosphene continues to be a safe, beautiful and grounded environment for you to enjoy. That said, there are some changes to the shop experience we do want to make you aware of:
- When you arrive at the shop, the front door will be locked. Please wave/knock so we can welcome you!
- For the safety of our customers and our staff, and per Virginia state mandatory guidelines, all customers are required to wear a mask when inside the shop (we will be wearing masks too) and maintain social distancing while in the shop. We are able to provide you with a disposable mask for use during your appointment, but BYOM (bringing your own mask) is encouraged.
- Hand sanitizer will also be provided at entry, and use will be required before your appointment begins.
- We will strictly adhere to the physical distancing guidelines, enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices and occupancy reduction requirements. The shop will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each private shopping appointment. Contactless payment and shopping will be available.
We want to meet you where you’re comfortable. If now is not the best time for an appointment, please remember our online shop remains open 24/7. We will continue to offer free local delivery within five miles of our shop. Curbside pickup is also available beginning May 19 - simply select the date and time that works with your schedule at checkout as your shipping option. We are happy to connect with you for a facetime shopping appointment, too - just send us an email at email@example.com and we can coordinate.
