This is Recluse Coffee's take on a Holiday Blend; celebrating their first full year as a business by creating a blend that showcases our first two relationship coffees. Recluse Coffee is roasted in Richmond, Virginia. The main component being Bernard Ornilla's sweet, yet slightly spicy coffee from Honduras followed up by the Natural Mutana lot from our friends at Long Miles Coffee Project in Burundi. Recluse Coffee finds that these two coffees create a profile loaded with flavors of plum, hazlenut, and anise. The roaster's goal was to create a coffee that paired well with Holiday brunches and desserts. They nailed it! So, snuggle up in a sweater with a book during our favorite time of year to enjoy this sweet treat.
